About Scheduling Zoom Meetings
When scheduling Zoom meetings, you have a few options. The following instructions are for one-time meetings. If you want to schedule a recurring meeting, select recurring and no fixed time. When you add a recurring meeting to your Google Calendar, it will default to today’s date/time and you will need to adjust the first date and recurrences in your Google Calendar.
Note: meeting URLs expire at different times:
- The URL for single-event scheduled meetings expire 30 days after the event.
- The URLs for recurring meetings with daily, weekly, or monthly recurrences expire after one year.
- The URLs for recurring meetings with No Fixed Time won’t expire while your account is active.
