Account Lookup Tool
If you do not know your username, library ID number, or student/employee ID number, you can retrieve it by using the Account Lookup Tool. Note that your birthdate and SSN must be on record in order to use this tool.
Password Reset Tool
Your CSS credentials are used for a wide variety of items. Your credentials should be kept confidential and not shared with others. Read our Password Policy for details regarding password requirements.
Our Password Reset tool is entirely self-service. Click on Password Reset to reset your password. You will be asked to sign in with your current credentials. If you forgot your password, select the Forgot Password option.
Forgot Password Process
If you forgot your password, you can reset it yourself by using the Forgot Password process. Note that the recovery email address or cell phone number must already be set to utilize this tool. If your alternate contact information is not up-to-date, please contact Registrar if you are a current student, Human Resources if you are a current employee, or the Alumni Office if you are an alumni. They will verify your identity and update your alternate contact information.
