It is not a contract and should not be interpreted as a legal document or a guarantee of employment or specific terms. Union-represented employees should refer to their collective bargaining agreement (CBA), which takes precedence in the event of a conflict. The College may modify or discontinue any part of this Handbook at its sole discretion. When changes occur, the College will use appropriate notification channels to communicate updates. Employees are responsible for staying informed of revisions. This Handbook supersedes any conflicting verbal or written guidance from supervisors.
