Staff Handbook
This Handbook applies to all staff of The College of St. Scholastica (“the College” or “St. Scholastica”) and provides a general overview of employment policies, practices, and procedures. It is not a contract and should not be interpreted as a legal document or a guarantee of employment or specific terms. Union-represented employees should refer to their collective bargaining agreement (CBA), which takes precedence in the event of a conflict. The College may modify or discontinue any part of this Handbook at its sole discretion. When changes occur, the College will use appropriate notification channels to communicate updates. Employees are responsible for staying informed of revisions. This Handbook supersedes any conflicting verbal or written guidance from supervisors. The College is not responsible for the content of any external websites referenced. Please view the full Statement of Purpose for further details.
