Physical Phone Requests
The College uses Zoom Soft Phone Client. Physical Desk Phones for offices are not provided as a standard practice. Requests for desk phones will be handled on a case-by-case bases, and the cost of a desk phone is considered a departmental expense. Approval from a department head is required along with a departmental ORG code to be charged. Use the Service Request form on the right to request a physical phone.
