If an employee has a work-related problem or wishes to contest any discipline, the employee should discuss the issue with his/her immediate supervisor. If the employee's problem has not been resolved after this step, or if the complaint involves the supervisor, the employee should meet with the next level of management. If the results of the previous steps are unsatisfactory, the employee should talk to the Head of Human Resources.
