Outside Employment and Activities

College employees are expected to not hold outside employment or engage in outside activities which interfere with satisfactory performance of their College duties. If such outside work or activities are contemplated, the employee should discuss the situation with his/her supervisor who will consult with the appropriate vice president and the Head of Human Resources to assure that there is no conflict of interest. College employees are prohibited from engaging in outside employment or activities that are in direct competition with the College.
