Check your Network Connection
Windows
Windows lets you quickly check your network connection status. And if you're having trouble with your connection, you can run the Network troubleshooter to try and fix it.
Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
Mac
On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Network in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) View the network connection status on the right.
