A short description to explain the nature of a ticket.

To find your Windows PC name:

 
  1. Right-click the Start/Windows button (bottom left of the screen)
  2. Select System from the pop-up menu
  3. PC Name is listed next to "Device Name"
You can also type "PC name" in the Windows Search bar.
 

Finding the computer name on Mac:

 
  1. Click the Apple Menu, located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. Select System Preferences.
  3. Click Sharing.
  4. Computer Name should be located at the top of the Sharing window.
The full details of a ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.
