Update Contact Information via the Banner Self-Service Portal

To add a security email, please do the following when you are able to get into your account.

  1. Go to General Self-Service 9

  2. Click the "Personal Information" box

  3. In the Email section, click "Add New" on the right

  4. Select "Security E-mail Address" in the dropdown

  5. Enter your non-CSS email address

  6. Click "Add"
