Eligibility requirements:
- Full-time faculty and staff.
Coverage begins the first of the month following date of hire. Coverage ends the date an employee leaves the employ of the College. The entire premium is paid by the College.
The Basic Life benefit is two-times annual salary with a $50,000 minimum benefit. The Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is included and provides additional coverage of up to two-times annual salary or a minimum $50,000 benefit depending on the type of loss. At age 65 the amount of life insurance and AD&D benefits will reduce to 65% of the amount stated above. At age 70, the amount will reduce to 50%.
