Dental Insurance

Eligibility requirements:

  • Full-time faculty and staff.
  • Part-time faculty who work 25 hours or more per week.
  • Part-time staff who work 30 hours or more per week.
  • Dependents: spouse, children to age 26.

Coverage begins the first of the month following date of hire. Coverage ends at the end of the month in which an employee leaves the employ of the College or in which a covered member otherwise ceases to be eligible for coverage.

The College provides a voluntary dental insurance plan. Premiums are paid entirely by the employee. There are two plans to choose from: Core Dental Option which provides 100% preventive coverage and 80% basic coverage, and High Dental Option which provides an additional 50% major coverage option.
