The College jurisdiction and discipline apply to the conduct and behavior of undergraduate, graduate, additional college locations, and online students. This includes incidents that occur on or off College grounds, between St. Scholastica students, or at College-sponsored events, and while participating in College-related activities such as internships, clinical placements, study away, or study abroad programs. Conduct that adversely affects the College community and/or the pursuit of its objectives falls within this jurisdiction. Students are responsible for adhering to these standards of behavior beginning with their first participation in a College-sanctioned or associated event, activity, or class after initial registration of classes and will continue until graduation or official withdrawal from the College regardless of physical location.
